Pensions dashboards are a new service designed to help you find and view information about your pension savings online, all in one place.
Once Pension dashboards are made available, you'll be able to securely search for your pensions and see key information about your retirement savings in a single view. This will make it easier to keep track of pensions you may have built up throughout your working life.
What are pensions dashboards?
Pensions dashboards will allow you to:
Dashboards will not hold your pension money or allow you to make changes to your benefits. They are simply a secure way to view information from participating pension schemes.
When will pensions dashboards be available?
Pension schemes across the UK are connecting to the pensions dashboards ecosystem in stages. The largest schemes began connecting from May 2025, with all eligible schemes expected to be connected by October 2026.
Access to pensions dashboards will depend on the government being satisfied that all required pension schemes have connected and that enough testing has been completed. This is currently expected to happen in Financial Year 2027-28.
What do I need to do?
For most members, no action is needed right now.
To ensure the best chance of being able to see all your unclaimed pension information once the Dashboard is available, you should take some time to review the personal details we hold for you.
If any of your personal details have changed, please update your address details here in PRISM or reach out to the team if any other information needs to be corrected.
Keeping your information safe
Pensions dashboards are being developed with strong security and identity verification measures to help protect your personal information.
Before your pension benefit information is displayed, you will need to confirm your identity using the GOV.UK One Login. If you do not have a GOV.UK One login, you can create one ready for when Pensions Dashboards become available.
